Artwork | Modern Plaid Boys Room
Finding artwork for a room you are decorating can be a bit of a treasure hunt! It was so fun to hunt around for art that matched my boys interest for this room! I think it’s important to include art that represents places you love, favorite art, hobbies or interests you have. I was on the hunt for something tennis, track and/or soccer related for my boys modern plaid room. I have three go to places when I am looking for art to finish off a room.
Etsy: this website is full of creators with unique art. A lot of it can be downloaded and printed immediately if you want something quick. You can either print it at home on your own printer or send it to a Walgreens or Walmart 1 hour photo center. This is where I found the art for this room. Everything linked below!
Homegoods: When I want to go shop around in person I love to go check out Homegoods. They always have a revolving door of new stuff coming in and out so it’s always fun to find pictures, framed art, modern canvas art and so many good mirrors.
Garage Sale/Goodwill: When you want something one of a kind then garage sales and goodwill (second hand stores) are fun to dig through. Its always fun when you find something for a project that is completely unexpected and sometimes it requires a little spray paint or DIY project to make it exactly how you want. But that’s part of the fun!
